La <a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lean_Startup\" target=\"_self\">m\u00e9thode Lean<\/a> appelle \u00e0 changer cette approche dans le sens d'une nouvelle culture entrepreneuriale qui permet aux start-ups de <a href=\"https:\/\/marshyellow.net\/mprogram\/\" target=\"_self\">passer de l'id\u00e9e \u00e0 la mon\u00e9tisation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le domaine de l'innovation en particulier, il est facile de voir des startuppers pris dans l'angoisse de lever le plus d'argent possible en un minimum de temps pour achever le d\u00e9veloppement du produit\/service, l'angoisse d'arriver les premiers de peur que quelqu'un d'autre ne leur \"vole l'id\u00e9e\" : c'est une attitude qui pr\u00e9dispose dangereusement \u00e0 l'\u00e9chec. C'est une attitude qui, trop souvent, est \u00e0 l'origine de produits ou de services lanc\u00e9s pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment sur le march\u00e9 et qui s'effondrent en raison de l'absence d'int\u00e9r\u00eat ou des divergences entre l'id\u00e9e et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du besoin qu'elle est cens\u00e9e satisfaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L'importance de la strat\u00e9gie de mise sur le march\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">La situation que nous avons d\u00e9crite \u00e0 la fin du paragraphe pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent se produit parce que, dans leur h\u00e2te de se lancer sur le march\u00e9, les start-ups n\u00e9gligent souvent une \u00e9tape fondamentale, \u00e0 savoir la <strong>validation du produit\/service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Essayer de perfectionner votre produit au millim\u00e8tre pr\u00e8s pendant des mois pour ensuite le lancer \u00e0 froid sur le march\u00e9 vous expose au risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 d'avoir gaspill\u00e9 du temps et des ressources \u00e9conomiques et humaines sur quelque chose qui n'a pas de march\u00e9 ou qui n'en a pas dans l'\u00e9tat actuel des choses. Peu importe que quelqu'un d'autre ait eu une id\u00e9e similaire et l'ait trouv\u00e9e en premier : <strong>c'est l'ex\u00e9cution qui compte<\/strong>, car le diable se cache dans les d\u00e9tails et, surtout, il est tr\u00e8s difficile pour vous d'avoir invent\u00e9 quelque chose de compl\u00e8tement nouveau !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Pour augmenter les chances de succ\u00e8s, il est essentiel de <strong>d\u00e9velopper une strat\u00e9gie de mise sur le march\u00e9<\/strong> appropri\u00e9e, ce qui ne signifie pas litt\u00e9ralement \"aller sur le march\u00e9\", mais plut\u00f4t de tester le march\u00e9 et de recueillir des commentaires sur le produit\/service avant de le mettre en vente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Les erreurs les plus courantes consistent \u00e0 se tromper de prix, \u00e0 ne pas se diff\u00e9rencier de ce qui existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur le march\u00e9, \u00e0 ne pas prendre soin de la convivialit\u00e9 ou de l'exp\u00e9rience de l'utilisateur, \u00e0 ne pas avoir toutes les fonctionnalit\u00e9s dont le public cible aurait besoin. Pour \u00e9viter ces erreurs, il est utile d'adopter l'approche du <strong>Lean Startup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La m\u00e9thode Lean Startup pour r\u00e9duire le risque d'\u00e9chec<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">L'id\u00e9e de la m\u00e9thode Lean d\u00e9coule du mod\u00e8le \"<a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Toyota_Production_System\" target=\"_self\">Lean Manufacturing<\/a>\" d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Toyota dans les ann\u00e9es 1970, qu'Eric Ries a adapt\u00e9 aux start-ups innovantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce mod\u00e8le comporte trois \u00e9tapes avant le lancement officiel d'un produit ou d'un service :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e9ation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mesures<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Apprentissage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les trois \u00e9tapes prennent la forme de quatre processus qui permettent de r\u00e9duire l'incertitude inh\u00e9rente au monde de la cr\u00e9ation d'entreprise :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">le d\u00e9veloppement d'un <a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Prodotto_minimo_funzionante\" target=\"_self\">MVP<\/a> (<strong>Minimum Viable Product<\/strong>), c'est-\u00e0-dire une version prototype du produit r\u00e9el, avec seulement les caract\u00e9ristiques essentielles (pas de fioritures co\u00fbteuses, en somme) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>lancement du MVP<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>recueillir le retour d'information<\/strong> des clients ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Application du retour d'information<\/strong> au produit\/service afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins r\u00e9els des clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Cette voie <strong>rend les start-ups plus durables<\/strong> : elle \u00e9vite de gaspiller des ressources sur un produit fini qui pourrait ne pas rencontrer la faveur des clients, en investissant plut\u00f4t le strict minimum de ressources dans la cr\u00e9ation du MVP, qui ne sera jamais gaspill\u00e9 parce qu'il servira \u00e0 <strong>r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement le risque<\/strong> de la mise sur le march\u00e9 ult\u00e9rieure du produit perfectionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Le processus de validation n'a pas n\u00e9cessairement lieu une seule fois : il peut \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 plusieurs fois, <strong>en proc\u00e9dant par essais, erreurs et ajustements<\/strong>, sans tomber dans un perfectionnisme excessif qui conduit in\u00e9vitablement \u00e0 l'inaction, car la perfection n'existe pas. L'<strong>apprentissage continu<\/strong>, qui est l'un des concepts fondamentaux de la m\u00e9thode Lean, peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme achev\u00e9 lorsqu'un mod\u00e8le durable a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec un int\u00e9r\u00eat suffisant de la part du groupe cible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Par la suite, vous pouvez reprendre le chemin pour un nouveau produit ou une nouvelle version d'un produit ou d'un service que vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 cr\u00e9\u00e9 : <strong>la m\u00e9thode devient un atout<\/strong>. Pour la mettre en pratique, il faut avoir une strat\u00e9gie marketing structur\u00e9e permettant d'identifier le public cible, de l'atteindre, de collecter des donn\u00e9es, d'organiser et d'analyser ces donn\u00e9es et de les transformer en un produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Un autre <strong>avantage de la m\u00e9thode Lean<\/strong> est qu'elle permet d'obtenir des m\u00e9triques initiales utiles \u00e0 la construction du business plan qui sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ult\u00e9rieurement \u00e0 des investisseurs potentiels : c'est l\u00e0 que se rejoignent la class=\"translation-block\">\u00c0 la fin de la campagne, la start-up aura <strong>\u00e0 la fois r\u00e9uni les capitaux n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9velopper le produit et le lancer sur le
