Nous l'avons mentionn\u00e9e \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, par exemple lorsque nous avons abord\u00e9 le concept de r\u00e9compense, et nous pouvons tirer de nombreux enseignements de l'\u00e9tude approfondie de ce cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brewdog.com\/uk\" target=\"_self\">Brewdog<\/a> est une petite brasserie artisanale \u00e9cossaise n\u00e9e de l'imagination de James Watt et Martin Dickie en 2007. L'id\u00e9e \u00e9tait d'apporter une bouff\u00e9e d'air frais dans la mer plate des bi\u00e8res industrielles du Royaume-Uni. \u00c0 partir de l'arri\u00e8re d'une camionnette, ils sont devenus en un an la plus grande brasserie ind\u00e9pendante d'\u00c9cosse, mais les emprunts n\u00e9cessaires pour y parvenir commen\u00e7aient \u00e0 peser lourd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">C'est ainsi que les deux fondateurs ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de tenter une carte qui n'avait encore jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 jou\u00e9e en Europe : celle du <strong>equity crowdfunding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi le crowdfunding ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9cision de lancer une campagne de crowdfunding a \u00e9t\u00e9 dict\u00e9e par la nature m\u00eame du projet Brewdog, en plus de la simple n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'emprunter une voie inexplor\u00e9e en raison du besoin de capitaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Il s'agissait d'un projet qui se d\u00e9finissait comme \"punk\", \"anti-industriel\", \"non conventionnel\" : un <strong>projet d'en bas<\/strong>. L'id\u00e9e de participation \u00e9tait donc presque inh\u00e9rente \u00e0 la proposition de marque que les deux amis \u00e9taient en train de cr\u00e9er. La croissance de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e a d'ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 due presque exclusivement au bouche-\u00e0-oreille des amateurs de bi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Forces et faiblesses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la veille du lancement de la premi\u00e8re campagne de crowdfunding, Brewdog se trouvait dans une situation critique, avec un grand potentiel mais des moyens insuffisants pour le r\u00e9aliser et peu de temps \u00e0 consacrer pour ne pas perdre les efforts consentis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Points forts :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>communaut\u00e9 loyale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le march\u00e9 de la bi\u00e8re artisanale en hausse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>forte demande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>projet innovant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un canal de financement innovant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Faiblesses :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tr\u00e8s petit budget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la pr\u00e9cocit\u00e9 et le manque de notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de l'outil de crowdfunding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La strat\u00e9gie de marketing de Brewdog : l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 pour les punks<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">La campagne de crowdfunding de 2009 n'\u00e9tait que la premi\u00e8re d'une longue s\u00e9rie de <strong>campagnes de crowdfunding lanc\u00e9es par Brewdog<\/strong>, toutes sous le nom de <strong>Equity for Punks<\/strong>, qui est devenu une sorte de marque, un certificat de fiabilit\u00e9 d'une proposition d'investissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Brewdog a mis\u00e9 sa propre <strong>strong&gt;strat\u00e9gie de marketing<\/strong> pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment sur le concept de \"punk\" en tant que r\u00e9bellion contre le pouvoir excessif de la grande industrie, en tant que revendication d'une identit\u00e9, en tant que mouvement socioculturel qui a besoin de la participation de nombreuses personnes pour r\u00e9ussir. Et il a besoin d'un symbole : dans ce cas, la bi\u00e8re artisanale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Les deux partenaires ont convoqu\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/fr\/recherche-dinvestisseurs-pour-les-entreprises-en-phase-de-demarrage\/\" target=\"_self\">tous leurs clients<\/a> et les amateurs de bi\u00e8re en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, leur faisant sentir qu'ils faisaient partie d'une grande communaut\u00e9 qui devait s'unir pour vaincre la faction ennemie, celle des bi\u00e8res industrielles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Mais la gloire n'\u00e9tait pas la seule chose promise en retour : Brewdog a mis en place une <strong>structure de r\u00e9compense attrayante pour les investisseurs<\/strong>. succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brewdog est \u00e9galement entr\u00e9 dans cette ar\u00e8ne avec sa derni\u00e8re campagne de crowdfunding, lanc\u00e9e en 2020 sous le nom Equity for punks tomorrow, avec la promesse d'utiliser les recettes pour soutenir le programme de transition \u00e9cologique Carbon Negative pour la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de dioxyde de carbone g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par les op\u00e9rations de la brasserie de la marque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Equity crowdfunding Brewdog : r\u00e9sultats<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s
