Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/fr\/plateforme-de-crowdfunding-a-quoi-sert-elle\/\" target=\"_self\">plateformes<\/a>, en effet, sont charg\u00e9es de demander aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s soumissionnaires toute la documentation n\u00e9cessaire pour respecter les obligations de publicit\u00e9 et de transparence ainsi que les r\u00e8gles en mati\u00e8re d'audit et de certification des comptes (en premier lieu le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/fr\/document-doffre-daugmentation-de-capital\/\" target=\"_self\">document d'offre<\/a>).
