La question la plus pressante est \"o\u00f9 puis-je trouver des investisseurs pour ma startup ou mon projet ?\". Le doute mal dissimul\u00e9 est souvent \"mais <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/fr\/pourquoi-investir-dans-le-crowdfunding\/\" target=\"_self\">pourquoi un \u00e9tranger devrait-il investir en ligne dans mon entreprise?<\/a>\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">C'est l\u00e0 le probl\u00e8me : les entrepreneurs qui s'int\u00e9ressent au crowdfunding abordent souvent la question de la <strong>recherche d'investisseurs<\/strong> sous des angles erron\u00e9s. L'audacieux qui pense que le web n'attend que sa campagne de crowdfunding pour investir de l'argent et le sceptique qui consid\u00e8re qu'il est impossible qu'une entreprise sans r\u00e9putation puisse attirer des investisseurs en ligne se trompent tous les deux. Surtout lorsqu'il s'agit de <strong>equity crowdfunding<\/strong>, car ce dernier ne poss\u00e8de pas l'attrait du taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat plus ou moins \u00e9lev\u00e9 qui, dans le lending crowdfunding, peut servir d'effet de levier vis-\u00e0-vis des investisseurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">C'est ce que d\u00e9montrent les donn\u00e9es statistiques sur les investissements en <strong>equity crowdfunding<\/strong> reconfirm\u00e9es ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e par le rapport de l'<a href=\"https:\/\/www.osservatoriefi.it\/efi\/osservatorio-crowdinvesting\/\" target=\"_self\">Osservatorio Crowdinvesting<\/a> du Politecnico di Milano : les investisseurs de foule ne se cachent pas dans la multitude anonyme du web ni dans les rangs de la finance institutionnelle, et pourtant ils existent (ils \u00e9taient pr\u00e8s de 38 000 l'an dernier pour l'equity crowdfunding). Ils sont les <strong>clients, ou les clients potentiels<\/strong>, des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s offrantes elles-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Il n'y a pas d'investisseurs en s\u00e9rie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">La premi\u00e8re illusion \u00e0 abandonner est celle de l'existence d'<em>investisseurs en s\u00e9rie<\/em>, c'est-\u00e0-dire r\u00f4dant sur les plateformes de crowdfunding \u00e0 la recherche de campagnes dans lesquelles investir, les unes apr\u00e8s les autres. Cette illusion va de pair avec l'id\u00e9e d'un \"cercle d'investisseurs\" qui s'organisent en masse pour investir dans telle ou telle campagne puis dans une autre, agissant comme un corps uni et unanime : cela s'appelle \"club deal\" et c'est une chose diff\u00e9rente du crowdfunding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osservatoriefi.it\/efi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/reportcrowd2023.pdf\" target=\"_self\">rapport final<\/a> de l'Institut polytechnique susmentionn\u00e9 montre que 28 758 des quelque 38 000 investisseurs en actions interrog\u00e9s en 2023 ont investi dans une seule campagne, 6 530 autres dans deux ou trois campagnes, et seulement 451 investisseurs ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 dix campagnes ou plus, les quelques milliers d'autres investisseurs \u00e9tant dispers\u00e9s entre les deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Il est \u00e9vident que <strong>la grande majorit\u00e9 des investisseurs arrivent sur les portails de crowdfunding en ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 clairement \u00e0 l'esprit l'objectif<\/strong>, c'est-\u00e0-dire la campagne dans laquelle investir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Les investisseurs en s\u00e9rie sont tr\u00e8s peu nombreux et ils ne feront pas \u00e0 eux seuls le succ\u00e8s de presque toutes les campagnes de crowdfunding. Mais si les<strong>investisseurs de la foule<\/strong> ne sont ni de grands investisseurs, ni des investisseurs en s\u00e9rie, ni des inconnus, o\u00f9 faut-il aller les chercher ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Plus proche qu'on ne le pense : parmi les <strong>clients<\/strong> de l'entreprise et parmi ceux qui sont cibl\u00e9s comme clients potentiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quelqu'un est int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par le produit\/service d'une entreprise et par sa p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 et sa prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9, c'est bien son client. Il s'agit d'une personne qui a un besoin que le produit ou le service satisfait ou pourrait satisfaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Le fait de cibler les <strong>clients ou les clients potentiels en tant que meilleurs crowd investors<\/strong> pr\u00e9sente un certain nombre d'avantages et est d\u00e9terminant pour le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/fr\/une-campagne-d-equity-crowdfunding-reussie\/\" target=\"_self\">succ\u00e8s de la campagne<\/a> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vous disposez d\u00e9j\u00e0 d'une base de donn\u00e9es de contacts ou des outils n\u00e9cessaires pour en cr\u00e9er une gr\u00e2ce au ciblage ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vous n'avez pas besoin de partir de z\u00e9ro en mati\u00e8re de communication, car vous vous adressez \u00e0 quelqu'un qui vous conna\u00eet d\u00e9j\u00e0 ou qui a peut-\u00eatre une id\u00e9e de ce dont vous parlez ;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">vous faites d'une pierre deux coups, car <strong>vous trouvez \u00e0 la fois des investisseurs et de nouveaux clients (ou des clients plus fid\u00e8les)<\/strong>, ce qui vous permet de gagner du temps et d'optimiser les d\u00e9penses de marketing et de vente;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>constituer un noyau dur de sympathisants qui feront passer le message.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Il serait toutefois trop optimiste de penser que les clients et les clients potentiels d'une entreprise investissent dans celle-ci uniquement pour s'assurer qu'elle continue \u00e0 produire ce dont ils ont besoin ou pour des raisons sentimentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Mais alors <strong>comment convaincre des clients ou des clients potentiels de devenir des crowd investors<\/strong> ? accepter la possibilit\u00e9 de perdre son capital et de ne rien recevoir en retour : la r\u00e9compense s\u00fbre et imm\u00e9diate permet d'att\u00e9nuer ce risque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Les caract\u00e9ristiques que la r\u00e9compense doit pr\u00e9senter pour \u00eatre suffisamment attrayante pour les investisseurs potentiels sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>lien avec le produit\/service de l'entreprise (afin d'int\u00e9resser les clients et les clients potentiels)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l'exclusivit\u00e9 (il doit s'agir d'un objectif qui ne peut \u00eatre atteint autrement que par le biais de l'investissement participatif)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e9lai (l'investissement ne doit \u00eatre valable que s'il est effectu\u00e9 dans un certain d\u00e9lai, afin de cr\u00e9er une situation d'urgence).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Ce dernier point doit \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 plusieurs fois, dans ce que l'on peut appeler la \"matrice des r\u00e9compenses\" : une premi\u00e8re tranche de r\u00e9compenses, plus pr\u00e9cieuse, doit \u00eatre mise en place pour ceux qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 manifest\u00e9 leur int\u00e9r\u00eat pendant la phase <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/fr\/precrowd\/\" target=\"_self\">precrowd<\/a> (et qui investissent ensuite, bien entendu), une deuxi\u00e8me tranche, moins riche, pour ceux qui investissent au d\u00e9but de la campagne, et enfin une troisi\u00e8me tranche, plus modeste, pour stimuler les retardataires, tout en maintenant le sentiment d'exclusivit\u00e9 pour tous ceux qui ont investi auparavant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que nous ayons dit que tous les raisonnements effectu\u00e9s jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent pour le crowdfunding de pr\u00eat sont moins pertinents, l'utilisation de r\u00e9compenses pr\u00e9sente toujours un grand avantage : il s'agit d'une strat\u00e9gie de marketing qui permet d'engager non pas des investisseurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, mais des personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par l'entreprise \u00e0 un niveau commercial et professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9compenses peuvent \u00eatre de trois types, qui peuvent \u00eatre combin\u00e9s au sein d'une m\u00eame campagne :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>du produit\/service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exp\u00e9rientiel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9conomique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Un exemple typique de l'application de cette <strong>strong&gt;strong&gt;strong&gt;strong&gt; strat\u00e9gie r\u00e9ussie de financement participatif<\/strong> est le cas de BrewDog, une brasserie artisanale \u00e9cossaise qui a atteint une valeur de plusieurs milliards gr\u00e2ce aux campagnes Equity for Punks et \u00e0 tout le complexe narratif et de r\u00e9compense que les deux fondateurs ont pu construire autour d'elle : nous avons
