Outre la culture du bambou, l'entreprise a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au fil des ans un certain nombre de projets li\u00e9s \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9. Parmi ceux-ci, le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foreverbambu.com\/corso-carbon-manager\/\" target=\"_self\">cours de formation pour devenir Carbon Manager<\/a><\/strong>, une nouvelle figure professionnelle de plus en plus recherch\u00e9e, charg\u00e9e d'accompagner les entreprises sur la voie de la transition verte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Turbo Crowd pour Forever Bamboo : la demande du client<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Pour pr\u00e9senter et promouvoir son cours \"Carbon Manager\", Forever Bamb\u00f9 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'organiser<strong>une s\u00e9rie d'ateliers Live<\/strong> (webinaires) sur Zoom, en les diff\u00e9renciant selon les trois publics<strong> - entreprises, professionnels et promoteurs -, <strong>avec l'objectif de convertir les participants en abonn\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9quipe de Turbo Crowd s'est charg\u00e9e de la gestion des inscriptions aux ateliers et des communications post-inscription pour Forever Bamboo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la demande de Forever Bamboo concernait <strong>le d\u00e9veloppement d'un syst\u00e8me permettant aux utilisateurs de s'inscrire \u00e0 des ateliers \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes dates et de leur envoyer une s\u00e9rie d'e-mails et de messages WhatsApp \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents moments<\/strong> (avant et apr\u00e8s avoir particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l'atelier), sur la base de conditions sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le d\u00e9fi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour Turbo Crowd, l'activit\u00e9 a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les probl\u00e8mes critiques suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">la <strong>grande quantit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es<\/strong> des membres \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">la pr\u00e9sence de <strong>nombreuses variables<\/strong> permettant de canaliser les donn\u00e9es et de fa\u00e7onner les flux de communication ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'utiliser les <strong>outils d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9s par le client<\/strong> et de les faire dialoguer efficacement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">En particulier, l'une des principales difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la demande du client \u00e9tait qu'il y avait <strong>diff\u00e9rentes dates pour les ateliers<\/strong> et que les r\u00e9unions \u00e9taient destin\u00e9es \u00e0 des publics diff\u00e9rents. Il ne s'agissait donc pas simplement de faire en sorte que tous les utilisateurs int\u00e9ress\u00e9s s'inscrivent \u00e0 un seul webinaire, mais de g\u00e9rer et de r\u00e9partir les inscriptions sur plusieurs \u00e9v\u00e9nements (diff\u00e9renci\u00e9s en fonction du public cible).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Une autre complication concernait les contraintes d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par les<strong>consentements GDPR qui pouvaient \u00eatre fournis (ou non) par les utilisateurs lors de l'inscription<\/strong>. La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'utiliser ces outils a influenc\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont Turbo Crowd a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 la demande du client. La solution pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e n'est donc pas la seule possible, mais celle qui s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9e la plus efficace sur base de ces pr\u00e9misses.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voyons les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes en d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Page d'atterrissage et formulaire d'inscription<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Tout d'abord, l'\u00e9quipe de Turbo Crowd a cr\u00e9\u00e9 des<strong>pages d'atterrissage d\u00e9di\u00e9es<\/strong> avec WordPress, c'est-\u00e0-dire des pages web sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ues pour s'inscrire aux ateliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Au total, trois pages d'atterrissage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es, <strong>une pour chaque cat\u00e9gorie de public<\/strong> (entreprises, consultants et promoteurs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l'int\u00e9rieur de chaque palier se trouvaient<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">des <strong>informations sur l'atelier<\/strong> et la figure du Carbon Manager ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">un<strong>formulaire \u00e0 remplir pour s'inscrire \u00e0 l'atelier<\/strong> (condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la participation), dans lequel l'utilisateur devait indiquer ses nom, pr\u00e9nom, adresse \u00e9lectronique et num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, et choisir les consentements \u00e0 fournir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">&lt;Les utilisateurs peuvent arriver sur la page d&#039;atterrissage par diff\u00e9rentes voies (conseil social, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/fr\/marketing-de-recommandation-crowdfunding\/\" target=\"_self\"> activit\u00e9s de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/a>, etc. Toutefois, nous n'examinons pas ici les activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es pour amener les utilisateurs \u00e0 la page d'inscription, mais nous traitons exclusivement du processus d'automatisation du marketing apr\u00e8s l'atelier<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automatisation des courriels<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois arriv\u00e9 sur le site, \u00e0 la demande expresse du client, l'utilisateur devait avoir la possibilit\u00e9 de s'inscrire uniquement au webinaire le plus proche dans le temps, sans m\u00eame pouvoir voir les dates ult\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9quipe de Turbo Crowd a donc cr\u00e9\u00e9 un <strong>syst\u00e8me qui, sur la base de l'heure \u00e0 laquelle le formulaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 rempli (date et heure), assignerait automatiquement l'utilisateur \u00e0 l'atelier appropri\u00e9<\/strong> (le plus proche dans le temps).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me fonctionne de la mani\u00e8re suivante :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L'utilisateur remplit le formulaire et choisit les consentements \u00e0 fournir ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ses donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 ActiveCampaign (via Make) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les utilisateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 orient\u00e9s vers diff\u00e9rentes voies d'automatisation du marketing (fig.3) en fonction de deux param\u00e8tres : la assign\u00e9 \u00e0 un webinaire diff\u00e9rent (le plus proche dans l'ordre chronologique) et ne pouvait donc recevoir que des communications relatives \u00e0 cette date Concr\u00e8tement, les donn\u00e9es qui arrivent sur Make depuis WordPress sont canalis\u00e9es dans diff\u00e9rents chemins en fonction de la date \u00e0 laquelle le formulaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 rempli, ce qui permet de d\u00e9terminer \u00e0 quel webinaire de Zoom l'utilisateur doit \u00eatre abonn\u00e9 (le plus proche dans le temps) et quels champs doivent \u00eatre mis \u00e0 jour sur ActiveCampaign, afin que l'utilisateur ne re\u00e7oive que les communications qui le concernent (par exemple, le champ relatif au lien du webinaire ou le champ avec la date et l'heure de d\u00e9but).<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Param\u00e8tre 2 : Consentements GDPR<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme nous l'avons vu plus haut, lors de l'enregistrement, l'utilisateur avait la possibilit\u00e9 de fournir ou non trois types de consentement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l'acceptation de la politique de confidentialit\u00e9 (obligatoire) ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l'autorisation de traiter les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel (facultatif) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l'autorisation d'utiliser les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins de marketing (facultatif).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En fonction du nombre de consentements donn\u00e9s, diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narios ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Sc\u00e9nario 1 : l'utilisateur n'a coch\u00e9 que la premi\u00e8re case<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants qui n'avaient coch\u00e9 que la premi\u00e8re case lors de l'inscription ont re\u00e7u un seul courriel confirmant leur inscription, indiquant la date du webinaire et le lien pour y participer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'utilisation de champs dynamiques (fig. 5), la date et le lien de participation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 automatiquement diff\u00e9renci\u00e9s en fonction de l'atelier auquel le destinataire \u00e9tait inscrit, sans qu'il soit n\u00e9cessaire de cr\u00e9er plusieurs courriels pour diff\u00e9rents \u00e9v\u00e9nements.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"698\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-6-698x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9100\" style=\"width:401px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-6-698x1024.png 698w, https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-6-204x300.png 204w, https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-6-768x1127.png 768w, https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-6-8x12.png 8w, https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-6.png 808w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 698px) 100vw, 698px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Figure 5 : Exemple d'un courriel avec des champs dynamiques<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Sc\u00e9nario 2 : l'utilisateur a \u00e9galement coch\u00e9 les deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me cases<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants qui avaient coch\u00e9 les trois cases lors de l'inscription, donnant ainsi leur accord pour que leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles soient trait\u00e9es et utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins de marketing, ont re\u00e7u, en plus du premier courriel de confirmation, une s\u00e9rie de messages sur WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Messages WhatsApp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape du syst\u00e8me mis en place par Turbo Crowd consistait \u00e0 envoyer des messages WhatsApp \u00e0 certaines cat\u00e9gories d'utilisateurs (ceux qui, comme expliqu\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, avaient coch\u00e9 les trois cases du GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, trois types de messages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9s \u00e0 trois moments diff\u00e9rents :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>1er message<\/strong> (imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s avoir rempli le formulaire) : confirmation de l'inscription au webinaire et envoi du lien pour y participer ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>2\u00e8me message<\/strong> (au d\u00e9but du webinaire) : annonce du d\u00e9but du webinaire et envoi du lien pour y participer ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">&lt;Troisi\u00e8me message (2 heures apr\u00e8s le webinaire, UNIQUEMENT pour les personnes ayant coch\u00e9 la troisi\u00e8me case) : envoi d&#039;un code de r\u00e9duction valable dans les 48 heures pour s&#039;inscrire \u00e0 la formation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L'outil \u00e0 utiliser pour l'envoi des messages \u00e9tait Ultra MSG. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la gestion efficace des inscriptions et \u00e0 la communication post-inscription, l'entreprise a pu attirer un grand nombre de participants \u00e0 ses \u00e9v\u00e9nements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principaux points forts de la solution de Turbo Crowd sont les suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L'utilisation efficace des outils
