C'est le moment o\u00f9 l'id\u00e9e d'entreprise est con\u00e7ue par les entrepreneurs en herbe, alors qu'elle est encore \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat embryonnaire. L'enthousiasme g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par l'impulsion cr\u00e9atrice et la perspective du succ\u00e8s peuvent conduire \u00e0 vouloir diffuser imm\u00e9diatement l'id\u00e9e afin de r\u00e9unir les capitaux n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 sa r\u00e9alisation, mais il faut savoir se mod\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">La phase de pr\u00e9-amor\u00e7age doit \u00eatre une phase d'analyse, de recherche, d'\u00e9tude autour du march\u00e9, de la cible, du produit\/service. C'est un moment de travail qui reste g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement purement th\u00e9orique. Le crowdfunding n'est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas la source de financement appropri\u00e9e pour ces activit\u00e9s initiales. Le nom signifie \"produit minimum viable\" : le prototype doit poss\u00e9der toutes et seulement les caract\u00e9ristiques essentielles pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 par les premiers clients potentiels et pour transmettre sa fonctionnalit\u00e9. Ces premiers clients potentiels sont appel\u00e9s <em>early adopters<\/em> et jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 pour <strong>tester la validit\u00e9 du produit<\/strong> et recevoir un retour d'information afin de l'am\u00e9liorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Ce n'est que vers la fin de la phase <em>Seed<\/em>, ou lorsqu'elle est bien avanc\u00e9e, qu'il est possible de commencer \u00e0 \u00e9laborer un projet de plan d'affaires et de rechercher un financement externe, par exemple par le biais du crowdfunding. Le <strong>moment opportun pour faire du crowdfunding<\/strong> \u00e0 ce stade varie entre imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation du prototype et apr\u00e8s les premiers tests avec les <em>early adopters<\/em>, en fonction du type de produit\/service, des besoins du startupper, des caract\u00e9ristiques du march\u00e9 cible, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Il est important, en fait, d'avoir une id\u00e9e valable et au moins partiellement test\u00e9e ainsi qu'un squelette de processus et de ressources avant de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turbocrowd.it\/fr\/campagne-de-crowdfunding-etape-par-etape\/\" target=\"_self\">lancer une campagne de crowdfunding<\/a>, sinon le risque d'\u00e9chouer dans la collecte de fonds et de nuire \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation de l'entreprise avant m\u00eame qu'elle n'ait une chance de d\u00e9coller est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Dans l'histoire du crowdfunding, les <strong>exemples de start-ups qui ont \u00e9chou\u00e9 dans leurs campagnes de crowdfunding<\/strong> ne manquent pas, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment parce qu'elles ne disposaient pas encore d'un produit et d'une structure suffisamment m\u00fbrs.
