In addition to the company's institutional pages, it is also strategic to curate the Personal page of CEO(s) or founder(s) or crucial team members, to expand the possibilities of networking and increase the perception of trustworthiness and authority in potential customers or investors.

Doing personal branding on LinkedIn means posting content related to one's professional experience and one's company's product/service, informing and initiating discussions on the topic, sharing achievements and reflections.

To do this effectively, a consistent publication frequency and communication style must be established and adhered to.

Times and strategies for communication on LinkedIn

Creating rubrics is an excellent strategy for simplifying the organization of the communication on LinkedIn, standardize and make the work predictable, be consistent and have distinctive and recognizable elements for the public. This creates a loyal community of people interested in the issues you deal with, which will also contain potential clients.

How much time is needed? In the beginning, it is useful to try publishing content in an unstructured way, testing different themes and patterns to understand what exactly the target audience is and what the major interests of that target audience are. Fixed headings should be discovered by trial and error. Initially the numbers are low, so you can experiment without much consequence.

A presence on LinkedIn is also critical for startups that want to crowdfund, to build authority and credibility. Seeing an active, followed and recognized profile instills confidence in potential investors.
